Gracias!  Thank you everyone who came out to support me at my gallery show! We had a very successful event! Many people came, we had wine and cheese, and guitar music by my good friend Almitri Tzigaine. We sold a couple of paintings including "Cielo Rojo," this is one of my favorite pieces!

This tiny treasure was only loosely based on an adobe New Mexican church. I simplified because of the small size. But, it has some wonderful textures and vivid colors.

This wonderful little piece was painted at Cobalt Fine Arts during the Luminaria Festival. It was painted at night in the gallery and has an almost ethereal quality, as it seems to glow.  Love this piece!

This adobe church painting is loosely based on the Mission of San Acacio in the San Luis Valley. Built in the early 1860s, it is considered one of the oldest standing churches in Colorado. I thought it was the oldest but upon further research I discovered several churches claiming the same. I'll just leave that up to the historians and continue with my paintings.
