This painting was inspired by a church in Talpa, New Mexico. It has some interesting texture in the clouds and unique brushstrokes. I also painted this piece during my stay in San Miguel de Allende, Mex.
A vibrant rendition of San Miguel Mission in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Built between 1610 and 1626 the chapel is claimed to be the oldest standing church in the United States. It is still in use today.
I currently live in Scottsdale, Az, and San Miguel de Allende, Mex. I have been painting for over fifteen years. My current medium is oil. I enjoy experimenting with different painting styles and textures, as I feel it allows me to grow as an artist. I am inspired by many different styles and various contemporary artists. I love to travel and I find inspiration from my surroundings wherever I may be.
