This little wooden chapel rests in the darling community of Fredericksburg, Texas. A great little town with churches and art galleries and charm galore!

I'm working on sketches for my next series of paintings. The works will be slightly larger than the "Tiny Treasures" series. I love this phase of the work as drawing is one of my favorite parts of the process!  

Mission in the Sun

The DeGrazia chapel is located in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Az. Artist Ted Degrazia built this lovely chapel in the 1950's on his property in honor of Padre Kino and in dedication to Our Lady of Guadalupe.
